Commencement of Phase 4 Course Development Works

We are pleased to confirm that the fourth and final phase of our course development programme is scheduled to commence Tuesday 2nd December 2025. This phase represents a major step toward completing the multi-year improvement plan designed to enhance the playing experience and long-term quality of Greenore Golf Club.
Phase 4 will include work on the following holes:
10th Hole – Bunker remodel works.
12th Hole – Bunker works and fairway development.
16th Hole – Tree clearance, fairway development, and associated bunker works.
17th Hole – Construction of new tee complexes and associated bunker works.
As with previous phases, there will be temporary hole closures at various times throughout the programme to allow contractors to complete the work safely and efficiently. We will provide regular updates on the course to keep you fully informed of progress and any changes to hole availability.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this final stage of development. These improvements will significantly enhance course playability and presentation for years to come.
